Deposit Refund
fantasy goalz players who make an initial deposit will be refunded up to $20 for contest losses within their first week based on first deposit date.

Eligible refunds will be added to your account 7 days after you make your first deposit Monday through Friday. If first deposit was made on a Saturday or Sunday, eligible refunds will be added a week from the following Monday.
Refunded funds must be used for play and are not available for withdrawal.
Refunds will only be issued for entry fees that are lost in their entirety.
Only contests that settle within 7 days of the date of your first deposit qualify for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for any entries made through subsidized play (i.e. vouchers, bonus funds).
Max refund is $20.
How do vouchers work?
Available vouchers can be found in your Vouchers page. Just click the available voucher to be directed to the draft page to select a team and enter the contest free of charge. Keep in mind, vouchers cannot be transferred, forwarded or cancelled. In order to take advantage of the free entry a voucher affords, players must enter the contest through the Vouchers page or the Notifications page.
Countdown Clock Offer Terms:
fantasy goalz occasionally runs limited time deposit offers for users who make their first deposit by a specified time in order to receive a free Voucher into a paid contest. The terms of such offers are as follows: For Any fantasy goalz user who has a visible countdown timer on the First Time Deposit Page counting down from ten (10) minutes and makes their first deposit before the countdown timer expires will receive a voucher for a free entry into a paid $3 contest. The Voucher will be delivered to the user’s voucher page within 72 business hours of deposit. Vouchers cannot be transferred, forwarded or cancelled. In order to redeem the voucher, players must enter the contest through the Vouchers page or the Notifications page and set their desired lineup for the contest. This offer is incremental to any other deposit offer that the user may be entitled to.

The terms of such offers are as follows: Any fantasy goalz user who makes their first deposit before the specified time and date will receive a voucher into an advertised contest. The Voucher will be delivered to the user’s voucher page within 24 business hours of deposit. Vouchers cannot be transferred, forwarded or cancelled. In order to redeem the voucher, players must enter the contest through the Vouchers page or the Notifications page and set their desired lineup for the contest. This offer is incremental to any other deposit offer that the user may be entitled to. This offer expires at the specified time (ET) on the specified date.
