1 Can I access fantasy goalz from my phone or tablet ?
Absolutely! Canadian fantazy players will need to down the app here, as the fantasy goalzapp isn't available in the Google Play Store.
For US players, we recommend downloading the free Fantasy goalz app. It’s available for IOS or Android devices.
If you’d prefer not to download the app, most of the pages on our site are designed to work on both mobile or desktop browsers.
2 I have lost my login details what can I do ?
Don’t worry, we can get you up and running in no time. The most important thing is that you don’t create a new account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms, and could jeopardize your ability to play on fantasygoalz.
If you’ve forgotten what email you used to create a fantasy goalzaccount, contact our Customer Support Team here. They can help you track down your login details and make sure you don’t create duplicate accounts.
That said, if you’ve simply forgotten your password, it’s easy to reset.
Start at the Login page
Select the ‘Forgot your password’ link
Enter the email address you used to create your fantasy goalzaccount
That’s it. If your email address matches the one we have in our system, we’ll send you a link to reset your password. Look for an email from fantasy goalzwith the subject line, “Password reset”. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your SPAM folder.
3 Live chat fantasy goalz support

Will I be charged an inactivity fee?

Per section 18.6 of fantasygoalz's Terms of Use, if your account is inactive (no free/paid entries, deposits, or withdrawals) for a twenty-four (24) month period, you will be assessed a $2.99 inactivity fee. This fee would be deducted from existing funds in your fantasy goalzaccount balance. No outside payment sources would be charged.
You can avoid an inactivity fee by entering any contest (free or paid), depositing funds, or withdrawing funds.

What if I don't remember my password or have a new email address?

Don't create a new account. Instead, you can reset your password, change your email address on your existing account, or reach out to Customer Support.
If you've forgotten your password, you can always use the Forgot Password option on the Log In page to reset your password. An email to reset your password will be sent to your email address on file. If you don't see that email within a few minutes, we would recommend checking your Spam folder or reaching out to Customer Support for a personalized reset link.
If you need to change your email address on your fantasy goalzaccount, you can log into your account and change your email address from the 'Account Settings' section of your My Account page.
From the app, you'll be able to update your email address under 'Account Settings'. Once there, just click the 'Change email' button and update your email address.

What is 2-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your fantasy goalzaccount. Whenever you log in to your account, you’ll be asked to provide a unique 6-digit code that only an authenticator app on your phone or tablet can produce. That way, no one can log into your account without having access to your phone.
But don’t worry, you won’t have to do this every time you visit fantasygoalz. If you have “remember me” checked when you log in, then you won’t have to log in again or enter the code when you return to fantasy goalzunless it’s been 30 days since your last visit from that device.
To set up two-factor authentication, you’ll need a phone or tablet with any authenticator app installed. Authenticator apps provide temporary 6-digit codes that are unique to your account and device. To find an authenticator app, just search for “Two-factor authenticator” in the IOS or Android app stores. Most apps will work with fantasygoalz, but we recommend using the Authy app for IOS or Android.
Once you’ve turned on two-factor authentication, it will require two steps to log in to your fantasy goalzaccount.
Log in with your email address and password like you always have
Enter a unique 6-digit code generated by the authenticator app on your phone or tablet
If you don’t have your phone with you when we request your 6-digit authentication code and you need to access your fantasy goalzaccount, please contact the Customer Support Team. We’ll verify your identity and get you back in the game as soon as possible.
How do I connect my Facebook and fantasy goalzaccounts?

If you would like to connect your fantasy goalzaccount to your Facebook account, you may do so from the Login page.
Once you’re on this page, click ‘Continue with Facebook’. You’ll then enter your Facebook email address and password and click ‘Continue as…’. Once you’ve done that, your fantasy goalzand Facebook accounts will be linked!
Can I create another account?

Creating a duplicate account is in violation of fantasygoalz’s Terms, so you should not create a second account. Doing so could jeopardize your ability to play on fantasygoalz.
If you’ve changed or lost access to the email address associated with your account, we suggest you log in with your existing email and password. You can then update your email address on the My Account page.
If you’d like to create a new account because you don’t like your username, please contact our Customer Support Team. While we don’t typically grant username changes, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to reach out.

Can I change my fantasy goalzusername?

Typically the answer is no. If you’re a well-established player on fantasy goalzwe generally require that you keep the same username. This isn’t because we’re trying to stifle your creativity, but rather, it’s in the spirit of fair play.
Changing usernames could be used to hide identities or trick other users into unwanted head-to-head matchups. For that reason, we’ve ruled that users cannot make edits.
However, possible exceptions include:
You’re a brand new player on fantasygoalz. If you’ve just created an account on fantasy goalzin the past few weeks, you may be eligible to change your username.
You have special circumstances that require a change.
All username changes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. So, if you think you have a valid reason to change your username, you should submit a support ticket for approval and include a brief explanation of why you need to change your username. Our Customer Support Team will work with you from there.
How do I add a profile picture?

Adding a profile picture is available on desktop or the iOS app.
If you're on your desktop, go to the ‘My Account’ page. Directly next to your name/username on the upper left side is an icon that represents your profile picture. Hover over the circle and click the ‘Edit’ option. This will bring you to a page where you can change or upload your profile picture.
To upload a new profile picture:
Click the ‘Choose File’ button
Select the image you’d like to use from the file browser and click ‘Open.’ Please ensure that you are the copyright holder of the image and that the file does not exceed 2MB Click ‘Upload Picture’
If you're on the iOS app, click on the 'Account' button on the bottom right and then the 'Edit' button located on your current avatar. From there, you'll be able to upload your new avatar.

Why am I being asked to verify my identity?

State regulations require that we verify your identity. Our online verification form confirms your identity and account information so we can prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and keep fantasy goalza fun and safe place for everyone.
The more details you provide us, the more seamless your withdrawal process will be. All users who request a withdrawal (via check or PayPal) of any amount will be asked to verify their account. If you’ve never confirmed your identity, even if you’ve provided tax details in the past, you will need to verify your account.
What are the ways I can verify my ID?

First and foremost, providing this information is safe. We’ve taken all the necessary internal steps to ensure that your information will be encrypted and is not used for anything beyond verification, processing withdrawals, and tax information.
In order to complete withdrawals we require a valid mailing address, birthday, and social security number. This enables us to have the tax information required from our users should they earn $600+ a year and receive a 1099 tax form.

Why am I getting a 'Duplicate account' message?

If you’ve created two accounts with your information the account you most recently verified will be blocked from depositing and entering contests. You will need to reach out to our Support Team for further information regarding your duplicate accounts.

Why am I having trouble verifying my identity?

There are many reasons you could be running into issues. The best way to solve this is to create a support ticket and our Customer Support Team will be in touch. Our current turnaround time for verification support is between 12 and 24 hours.
Please don’t submit multiple support tickets. This only slows down our response times for everyone, yourself included. If you’ve already submitted a support ticket, know that we’ve received your request and will follow-up as soon as possible.
